Your Office & PA was founded in 2007 by Sarah Basey to help businesses ensure their calls are always answered professionally, without missing opportunities or being constantly interrupted during the working day.
What began as a small telephone answering service has grown into an experienced team supporting businesses across the UK. As a business owner herself, Sarah has always focused on understanding the challenges clients face and building a service that genuinely supports them.
Sarah continues to run the business full time today, but now she’s support by her senior team, Jenny, Andy and Jasmin. Together they ensure the high standards and personal approach the company was built on remain central to everything we do.
